Even it is non-quality related, you may return your product for a refund or replacement to Bestekmall. For purchase made on marketplace like Amazon, Walmart, Wish, Ebay, please submit a request on that platform and return your undamaged item and packaging directly.

For quality-related purchase exceeds 30 days

Please contact us with your order number, nature of issue, and supporting photos/video. BESTEK will refund or replace.

If supporting photos/videos cannot be provided BESTEK reserves the right to require the customer to cover return shipping costs. Once the product has arrived at our warehouse and being inspected, BESTEK will offer a refund or replacement.

For non-quality related issues, BESTEK warranty does not cover any non-quality related issue.

For cases not covered under warranty

● Lost or stolen products
